💳 Resort fees (paid on-site upon arrival):

$55 – Includes one parking pass and wristbands for all guests

$35 – Optional second parking pass (if needed)

$25 – Resort pet fee (in addition to the $100 Airbnb pet fee)

🐾 Pet Policy:

While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.

A $100 non-refundable pet fee is charged at booking, plus a $25 resort pet fee at check-in.

Dogs must have a current rabies vaccination and guests are required to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.

Please ensure your dog meets these requirements before booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
