🕓 Self check-in with a digital door code provided before arrival

💳 Resort fees (paid on-site upon arrival):

$55 – Includes one parking pass and wristbands for all guests

$35 – Optional second parking pass (if needed)

🐾 Pet Policy:

While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.

A $75 non-refundable pet fee is charged at booking.

HOA requires rabies vaccination proof and charges $50 per pet for the first week

Please ensure your dog meets these requirements before booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-five percent (45.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
